Policies of the stay

Check-in 2:00 PM · check-out 11:00 AM — confirm on your Fairtrrip voucher.
To reach Havelock the same day, arrive in Port Blair before 12:00 PM (last ferry departs around 2:00 PM).
For departure, book flights after 12:00 PM — the earliest ferry from Havelock arrives Port Blair around 9:30 AM.
Pre-booking of transfers is recommended; last-minute arrangements may not be possible. Ferry fares are subject to change.

Cancellation policy
Barefoot at Havelock island cancellation terms — confirm refundable components with Fairtrrip before paying.
- Amendments or cancellation must be requested in writing at least 30 days prior to check-in, subject to availability.
- Within 30 days of check-in: 100% retention of booking value.
- No refund for no-shows, unused nights, or early check-out.
- 20 Dec – 5 Jan: fully non-cancellable and non-refundable period.
- Force majeure (e.g. government restrictions): bookings will be rescheduled for a future date.
- Eligible refunds are subject to a 5% deduction towards bank and administrative charges.
Ferry & transfer disruptions
- No refunds on room booking due to ferry or flight cancellation.
- If transfers are booked through the resort: Port Blair–Havelock ferry cancelled — stay will be arranged in Port Blair in lieu of the lost resort night.
- Havelock–Port Blair ferry cancelled: 50% concession on an additional room night at Barefoot at Havelock, subject to availability.
- If transfers are not booked through the resort: no refund or compensation for unused nights due to ferry disruption, cancellation, or no-show.
