Cancellation Timeline
10+ Days Before Check-in
Only a small 10% cancellation fee will apply
90% refund within 7 days
5+ Days Before Check-in
A 50% cancellation fee will apply
50% refund within 7 days
Less Than 5 Days Before Check-in
Unfortunately, the booking will be non-refundable
No refund available
No-Shows or Early Departures
If a guest does not check in or leaves early
Full booking amount charged, no refund
Refunds & Processing
Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Original Payment Method
Refunds will always be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Bank Fees
Please note that any bank or transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
