Reservation & cancellation policy

Dew Dale Resort — cancellation refunds on the room tariff as per hotel policy:

  • More than 30 days before check-in: 75% refund.
  • Between 7 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.
  • Within 6 days before check-in: no refund.
  • Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and may be chargeable directly by the hotel.
  • No refund for electricity breakdown, AC/geyser failure or similar operational issues during the stay.
  • Once the room booking is entered and the guest checks in, no refund if the guest decides not to use the room.
Operational & booking notes
  • All rates communicated for rooms are inclusive of GST; optional meals attract 5% GST on the meal charge.
