- Valid photo ID (address proof) mandatory for all guests at check-in.
- Guests are liable for damages; resort not responsible for loss/theft of personal property.
- No refunds for force majeure (ferry/flight cancellations, natural disasters). Mandatory gala dinners may apply on festive dates.

Cancellation policy
Havelock Island Beach Resort cancellation terms:
- 30+ days before arrival: 10% processing fee on total accommodation cost.
- 20–30 days before arrival: 50% of total accommodation cost.
- Within 20 days of arrival: 100% cancellation charges.
- Peak season bookings (15 Dec – 5 Jan): 100% retention — no refunds.
- Right of admission reserved for policy violations, disruptive behaviour, dress-code non-compliance or health/safety concerns.
Payment policy
- Booking confirmed after written confirmation email; rooms blocked for 3 working days from that email.
- 50% of total accommodation cost required to confirm; balance due 7 days before arrival (D-7).
- GST added to room and F&B as per government rules; tax changes borne by guest or travel agent.
- Final confirmation voucher issued upon receipt of full payment.
