Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that travel plans can sometimes change. To make things clear and fair, here's how our cancellation policy works:

• If you cancel 10 days or more before check-in: Only a small 10% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining 90% of your booking amount will be refunded within 7 days.
• If you cancel 5 days or more before check-in: A 50% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining 50% will be refunded within 7 days.
• If you cancel less than 5 days before check-in: Unfortunately, the booking will be non-refundable.
• In case of no-shows or early departures: If a guest does not check in or leaves before the scheduled checkout date, the full booking amount will be charged, and we are unable to offer a refund.

Refunds & Processing

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.
• Refunds will always be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Please note that any bank or transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
